Heads down, feet up!

When the "after dinner coma" sets in right after lunch, my creativity and ability to think clearly is totally gone. I once red an advice that I try to remember when this happens. Put your head down and feet up, to get more blood flow to the brain. It makes me think clearer and the creativity rises again:) For me, 2 minutes does the trick. Hopefully it works for you too.
